Single Sign-on Dashboards
Unify the digital services you offer by providing a single point of access to all of the digital services you offer. Dashboards offer a customised a selection of linked icons for each group (students, staff, caregivers). Magic Link makes it effortless for caregivers to sign in and find what they need.
Course Selection
Clever Course Selection for any Situation. SchoolPoint enables students and caregivers to browse your curriculum learning areas, all of your courses, and future pathway choices, throughout the year.
Staff Forms
The Forms module combines a powerful new form builder with a multi-stage approval system, allowing your team to submit requests (personal leave, PLD etc), manage the EOTC approval process (using Education Outdoors New Zealand (EONZ) approved forms and methods) and build custom workflows.
EOTC Management
EOTC management can be a daunting task for Schools to tackle. Successful EOTC management involves capturing lots of details and collaboration about those details to make sure that everyone involved is in the loop.
Permission Slips
Online Permission Slips - No more paper or lost slips! ​Our Permission Slips module provides a paperless alternative to the traditional. Our tight integration with your Student Management System, means it is easy to create trips and assign students and staff from the classes/ groups that are already tracked in your SMS.
Parent/Student/Teacher Interview Bookings
With our school conferences module, you simply sync your Student Management System data through to SchoolPoint to add either your Subject or Tutor Teachers to a conference which allow their students and/or caregiver to then book a time with them.
Student & Caregiver Forms
Setup Student Forms that they can initiate and submit for approval. Students can complete forms that you build, then submit it for approval. This works like a student permission slip except it is the student who can choose which form to submit.
Absence Reporting
Our Absence module provides fast and secure online absence reporting for caregivers via their authenticated log in, and streamlines administration for staff. The mobile-optimised interface is easy to use and imports easily back into your Student Management System.
Virtual Conferences
SchoolPoint offers virtual conference bookings. Caregivers book their hui times and we connect them and their teacher with a private Google Meet or Microsoft Teams video call.
SchoolSend Newsletters
Sending bulk emails to your community - made easy! Integrating directly with your Student Management System, SchoolSend takes the hassle away from exporting staff, students and caregivers email lists.
